Caroline Blouin
Founder
Caroline brings over 30 years of expertise across pensions, insurance, investments, and governance, spanning nearly every seat at the table: global consultant, plan sponsor, insurer, and regulator. Most recently, she served as the inaugural Executive Vice-President, Pensions at FSRA, where she modernized pension oversight in Canada's largest province and launched Pension Awareness Day.

Caroline currently serves on the boards of Canadian Scholarship Trust, FCT, Normandin Beaudry, Plannera and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Chartered Director.

Doug Johnson
Managing Partner
Doug brings more than 35 years of experience at one of the world's leading global consulting firms, working at the forefront of retirement, wealth, and HR advisory services across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.

Over the course of his career, Doug held senior leadership roles spanning retirement and wealth consulting, strategic initiatives, and corporate transactions, including several years based in New York working across North American markets. For the last decade, he focused on business transaction advisory, leading that practice in Canada and serving on the North American leadership team. Doug has aptly facilitated complex HR, pension, and workforce dimensions of hundreds of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings bringing substantial value to his long-standing clients.

Outside of consulting, Doug has applied that same business judgment as a mentor, advisor, and investor in industries beyond his core field, bringing the perspective of someone who has sat on the other side of the table.

Doug is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
